NEW AMARENA CHERRY CHEESECAKE
We hope you like our new gelato, because it nearly sent Enrico mad. A cherry cheesecake flavour. How hard can it be? Turns out, very. Our co-Founder, master gelatiere and relentless perfectionist Enrico spent hours in the kitchen, tweaking ratios of ricotta with swirls of Amarena cherry, finessing the Amaretto biscuit crumble, getting way too emotionally invested in dark chocolate cocoa nibs.
After hours and weeks and months of toil, here you have it. A gloriously creamy gelato packed with real ingredients that sent Enrico to the edge of his sanity.
